Single Savings Plan

The Individual Savings Plan covers any 1 person, up to 1 person per household.
Couple Savings Plan
$418 per year
The Couples Savings Plan covers any 2 people, up to 2 people per household.
Family Savings Plan
$545 per year
Family Savings Plans covers the family, 2 adults, 2 children. Each additional child (under 18 yrs), with family of four is $30.
Plan Information
- One free cleaning per year (periodontal cleanings extra)
- Free dental x-rays
- Two free dental exams with cleanings
- Second cleaning discounted at $35 (periodontal cleanings extra)
Program Guidelines
- The Scott Dentistry Dental Savings Plan gives our patients 20% off dental services for 12 consecutive months starting the day the plan is purchased.
- Payment is due in full on the day of service.
- This savings plan cannot be used in conjuction with another dental plan.
- This savings plan cannot be used in conjuction with any office promotions.
- Non-refundable
- Excludes dental products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening gel, etc...)
